Phoenix lottery ticket brings in $2.6 million, winnings not yet claimed

PHOENIX – Pull out your latest lottery ticket because a $2.6 million lottery ticket was drawn at a gas station in Phoenix on Wednesday but has not yet been picked up, the Arizona Lottery said Friday.

The Pick Jackpot ticket was sold at a QuikTrip at 4725 E. Baseline Road.

Wednesday’s winning numbers were 5, 8, 11, 13, 19 and 24.

As with all Arizona Lottery drawing games, winners have 180 days from the announcement to claim their prize or the money will be forfeited.

How do I play the Phoenix lottery draw game?

Pick Jackpot draws take place every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday evening. Each entry costs $1.

According to Arizona Lottery officials, the odds of hitting a jackpot in this game are 1 in 7,059,052.

Ticket buyers can also add EXTRA!, a win booster, to their pick jackpot gameplay.

A $1 EXTRA! The add-on can earn up to $250 and $2 EXTRA! Buy up to $500. You will be given six additional numbers, and if any of them match your selection numbers, you will receive cash amounts equal to the matching numbers.

Mega Millions up to $695 million on Friday the 13th

Valley residents are encouraged to participate in Mega Millions, even though they may have Friday the 13th superstitions.

The jackpot has increased to $695 million and it’s not too late to play.

Find the location nearest you to purchase a ticket.

On drawing nights, stores stop selling tickets at 7:59 p.m. (Arizona time).

According to a press release, seven Friday the 13th players have won the Mega Millions jackpot in the game’s history.
