In the meantime, Big Bear’s winter attractions will once again produce plenty of snow with world-class snowmaking, weather conditions permitting. Both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain plan to open additional chairlifts and trails in the coming weeks, and Big Bear Snow Play expects to open another snow tubing trail as well. Big Bear Snow Play has been open since November 6th, Snow Summit has been open since November 22nd and Bear Mountain opened on December 13th. At the time of this press release, all roads leading into Big Bear were clear and open.
