Cole Palmer has set up an image rights company and filed a trademark application as he rises to superstardom in English football.

The 22-year-old attacker is now widely regarded as one of the best players in English football – if not the world.

Palmer scored 25 goals and recorded 13 assists in 2024.

He is chasing Harry Kane’s record of 46 goal involvements in a calendar year, with four Premier League games remaining until 2025.

This exceptional form has increased his profile and those close to him say his life has changed as he becomes the face of Chelsea and increasingly one of the most recognizable faces in English football.

Added to this is the professional fame of being shortlisted for the Ballon d’Or, the award given to the best footballer in the world.

With this in mind, Palmer’s entourage has commissioned specialist sports law firm Mills and Reeve to set up a structure to manage his income following sponsorship deals with fashion brands Burberry and Boohoo.

Palmer’s application to the government’s Intellectual Property Office includes a video of his celebration.

And his private company Palmer Management Limited recorded assets of £2,149,409 at the end of October 2024 – compared to £563,475 a year earlier – including £1,698,821 in the bank.

This is all part of Palmer’s rise to stardom as he continues to perform well on the pitch.
