In a post on Truth Social, Trump said Isaacman will advance NASA’s mission of discovery and inspiration, paving the way for groundbreaking achievements in space science, technology and exploration. Isaacman is best known for his work on the Polaris Dawn program, which he funded. Isaacman was one of four civilian astronauts to reach record-breaking altitudes on the Polaris Dawn mission.
