Prop Betting Tips Cardinals vs. Rams: Best bets for Saturday’s game

The Arizona Cardinals missed their playoff chances last week with a loss to the Carolina Panthers. The Rams, on the other hand, practically have a chance of winning the NFC West with a win on Saturday. Let’s move on to my best Cardinals vs. Rams player prop bet for Saturday while you can also check out ours NFL picks for EVERY Week 17 matchup.

Trey McBride (ARI) over 6.5 receptions (+115)

Odds available at BetMGM Sportsbook at time of publication.

It’s a shame that the story of Trey McBride’s season will be his inability to score. He has scored zero touchdowns on 92 catches – if McBride doesn’t score a touchdown this season, it will be the most catches in history without a touchdown. Luckily, we’re not betting on McBride to score. We’re counting on McBride to make seven catches, a feat he’s accomplished in four of his last five games, with last week’s 20 yards on three catches being his worst performance of the season.

The Cardinals could very well be without running back James Conner on Saturday. Conner’s career year earned him a new contract, but the Cardinals could be in real trouble without him. I expect Kyler to become even more like Murray McBride, as Conner may be coming off a week in which he had an 11% first read rate – the lowest of his season.

The price for McBride to get seven receptions is high. At FanDuel, McBride is priced at -118 or higher, while BetMGM is over +115. You can find this at plus money at Caesars, ESPNBET and Bet365, while DraftKings is at -105.
