A vacation hotspot in Midtown Manhattan has something to offer to hot – as part of it erupted into a flaming inferno.

A fire raged through the Winter Village in Bryant Park on Friday, destroying a 40-foot-long kiosk, FDNY officials said.

The fire broke out at the kiosk in Midtown Park on Sixth Ave. and W. 42nd St. around 9:30 a.m., officials said.

The flames sent up a large cloud of smoke that could be seen for miles.

Firefighters responded within minutes, FDNY Battalion Chief Joe Castellano said. The fire was extinguished at 10 a.m

No injuries were reported.

“There were several occupations in the area where there was continuous fire,” Castellano explained. “There was some damage to an adjacent kiosk and some heat damage to the roof of an ice skating rink.”

The fire completely destroyed the kiosk. When the fire was extinguished, pieces of charred wood and soot-covered metal cabinets were pulled out from under the scorched white canopy.

The kiosk was divided into four sections, each containing a store that sold holiday-themed food and gifts.

Some areas of the kiosk were equipped with small kitchens, but it was not immediately clear whether the fire started in one of them, FDNY officials said.

City firefighters were still trying to determine the cause of the fire Friday, officials said.
