Last week’s episode of “Landman” left fans wondering how the debut season will end and what Lt. Tommy Norris awaits.

The season finale of the western drama drops on Sunday and will hopefully provide clarity as to whether Monty Miller (Jon Hamm) died in his hospital bed.

“Yellowstone” creator Taylor Sheridan is behind the new series, which chronicles an oil company in modern Texas, from the speculators and barons to the so-called landmen. In the series, Oscar-winning actor Billy Bob Thornton plays the role of Tommy Norris, a cynical crisis manager who has to negotiate leases with the owners of land from which his company wants to pump oil.

In addition to Hamm and Thorton, the star cast also includes “1923” actress Michelle Randolph and Golden Globe winner Demi Moore.
