Rita Ora welcomes 2025 in style. The actress, singer, songwriter and TV personality will join Ryan Seacrest in Times Square to attend “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2024,” airing live on ABC. And even though Seacrest is nearly two decades into hosting the show and this will be Ora’s first year, Ora already feels like she’s been here for a while.

“Honestly, it feels like we’ve been doing this together for a long time,” Seacrest told PEOPLE while the two were promoting the event, and Ora added, “Ryan has the ability to make sure that everyone feels so comfortable.”

It’s a good thing that they get along so well because they’ll be standing in the cold for hours. “It’s just an iconic show and for a lot of us it almost feels like it’s not real,” Ora told WWD. “When you see it on TV and see all the incredible stars and Ryan and all the interviews, you think, ‘Wow, what a magical environment to be a part of.’ That’s why I’m so excited to be a part of it. For me it’s a dream.”

As Ora prepares to host the New Year’s Eve special, airing Tuesday, December 31 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC and available to stream the next day on Hulu, there is renewed interest in her personal life, including their relationships. Taika Waititi (2021-present)

Ora and Waititi confirmed their relationship in 2021, although they had been spotted together a few times before. The two married in London in August 2022. Andrew Garfield (2018)

Andrew Watts (2016–2017)
