Drive innovation with customer-focused solutions

Samsara now processes more than 10 trillion data points annually. This unique insight into the world of physical operations fuels Samsara’s innovation flywheel and enables customers to address complex challenges. In the second half of FY25, Samsara quickly delivered features tailored to both universal and regional needs. Highlights include:

  • Samsara Secret Service: An expanded suite of AI offerings that help its customers make smarter decisions and operate safer and more efficient operations. Samsara Assistant provides instant answers to complex operational questions, while Intelligent Experiences provides AI-driven recommendations and actions for critical operational processes.

  • Low bridge warning: This feature allows customers to set the maximum height for each vehicle to minimize the risk of tall vehicles crashing into the underside of low bridges, common in Europe. There are almost 2,000 bridge strikes in the UK every year, costing the British taxpayer around £23 million annually.

  • Electronic Brake Performance Monitoring System (EBPMS): This feature allows customers to manage their braking performance records and alert operators when they fall below acceptable standards or errors are detected. Samsara expects EBPMS to be one of the only two accepted methods for brake testing in the UK by 2025.

  • Immobilizer 2.0: Because security is a top priority for customers in Mexico, Samsara has delivered a feature that enables new, customized alerts to meet operators’ needs when their security is at risk. Additionally, detailed real-time reports are provided through the Samsara dashboard to help customers effectively monitor the safety of their vehicles.
