• Greenspring Montessori School – 2 hours late with reassessment in the morning.
• Harford Day School – 2 hours late
• North Carroll Community School – Two hours late
• Roland Park County School – Two hours late

The following universities will be closed or delayed:

• Baltimore City Community College opens at 11 a.m
• CCBC opens at 11am
• Coppin State University will operate via telework
• Frostburg State University opens at 10 a.m
• Harford Community College opens at 10 a.m
• Howard Community College remains closed.
• The Maryland Institute College of Art is closing.
• Morgan State University opens at 12 p.m
• Notre Dame of Maryland opens at 10:30 a.m
• Salisbury University remains closed.
• Towson University opens at 12 p.m.
• Towson University (Northeast Campus) opens at 10 a.m
• The University of Baltimore opens at 10 a.m

The following city offices and facilities will be closed or delayed:

• The City of Annapolis offices will open at 10:30 a.m
• The Anne Arundel County Circuit Court is closed
• The Anne Arundel County Public Library is closed
• Baltimore City District Court opens at 10:30 a.m
• Baltimore County District Court opens at 10 a.m
• The Baltimore County Public Library opens at 1 p.m
• The Enoch Pratt Free Library is closed.
• The Frederick County office opens at 10 a.m
• Forte Meade remains closed.
• The Howard County government opens at 10 a.m
• The Irvine Nature Center in Owings Mills is closing.
• Maryland state government – liberal vacation until 10 a.m., telecommuters as usual
