The penultimate week of the 2024 NFL regular season continues on Thursday. The Chicago Bears (4-11) host the Seattle Seahawks (8-7) in the final edition of Thursday Night Football of the season in 2024.

Week 17 began with two AFC clashes on Christmas Day and the football-packed holiday calendar prepares us for another exciting showdown on Boxing Day.

The Seahawks are coming off a heartbreaking loss at home to the Minnesota Vikings and are looking to bounce back with a win to keep pace with the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC West title race. Seattle has suffered two straight losses and another loss on Thursday night would void its Week 18 game against the Rams (9-6) as they would be eliminated.

Chicago has now lost nine straight. The Bears have been outscored 102-42 in their last three meetings. Bears quarterback Caleb Williams will look to finish the season strong and build momentum heading into his second NFL season. However, things could be difficult as Chicago’s offense suffered multiple injuries to its starting frontline in Week 16.

This matchup promises to be entertaining as Seattle’s season is on the line.

The Seattle Seahawks are in action against the Chicago Bears in Week 17’s Thursday Night Football away game.

Where is Bears vs Seahawks?

The “TNF” matchup between the Bears and Seahawks will take place in Chicago at Soldier Field.

Soldier Field opened in 1924, but the Bears did not move into the stadium full-time until the 1971 season.
