Sean Hannity invests $24 million in Manalapan Mansion

Sean Hannity officially moved to Florida earlier this year, announcing his arrival while denouncing New York on a radio show: “I’m out. I’m done. I’m done.”

Now the Fox News host is buying some more space and a view of the water in Manalapan. Records show the 1840 South Ocean Boulevard Trust purchased the mansion at 1840 South Ocean Boulevard from an LLC named after the address. The buyer company’s trustees are Hannity’s longtime attorneys Christopher Reeves and Jay Sekulow, as well as William G. Lako, Jr., managing director of Henssler Financial. The Wall Street Journal first reported Hannity’s involvement in the deal.

Hannity launched a lengthy interview show titled “Sean” on Fox Nation on Tuesday, beginning with an episode featuring Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin Stallone, who live in nearby Palm Beach at the lakefront mansion they purchased in 2020 for 35.4 bought millions of US dollars.

Douglas Elliman’s Vince Spadea represented the conservative media star, and Elliman colleagues Gary Pohrer and Nick Malinosky had the list.

The identity of the seller remained hidden. Local attorney Maura Ziska signed on behalf of the LLC.

Records show the property was last sold in 2021 for $18 million. The 12,000-square-foot mansion was built in 1990 on 1.9 acres and has eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and one half bathroom, according to listings and records. The property stretches from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway and features 150 feet of waterfront on both sides. It is divided by State Road A1A, with the main house, pool and dock on the Intracoastal side of the property and a one-bedroom beach house on the ocean side.

The seller renovated the property, records show. It was listed in February for $29 million, according to Realtor.com.

This isn’t Hannity’s first real estate purchase in South Florida. The political commentator purchased an oceanfront townhouse in Palm Beach for $5.3 million in 2021 and received approval for an expansion on the unit in 2022. It is not currently on the market.

Palm Beach County, home to Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club, is a hub for conservative media and political players. Fox News co-host Bret Baier bought a non-waterfront Palm Beach home for $37 million last year and sold his first home on the island in January for $13.5 million.

Fox News founder Roger Ailes bought a home in Palm Beach for $36 million in 2016, a year before his death. The late conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh built a sprawling 2.7-acre oceanfront estate in Palm Beach, which beauty heir William Lauder bought last year for $155 million.
