Several counties are reporting storm damage, including a possible tornado in Shelby County

A line of severe storms moved through central Alabama Saturday evening. Several counties are reporting damage Sunday morning, including numerous reports of downed trees and power lines. Bibb County

  • Some trees were felled in the West Blocton area.

Fayette County

  • Several trees down in far northwest Fayette County, including Highway 107 at Turner Road.

Hale County

  • Trees downed in Sawyerville with power lines. Car trapped between trees.
  • Tree fell on County Road 21.

Jefferson County

  • Tree falls on Camp Oliver Road in Oak Grove.
  • Tree felled on 6th Court West in Graysville.
  • Tree down on Warrior-Kimberly Road

Marion County

  • Multiple power lines and utility poles around County Highway 58 in Guin.
  • Report of a tree on a home in Hamilton.
  • Tree damage on Highway 68.
  • Tree on house in Brilliant.

Pickens County

  • Trees and power lines on County Road 9 near Gordo.

Shelby County

  • A possible tornado touched down two miles west-northwest of Harpersville. Damage to horse stables was reported with debris signature on radar.
  • Several trees fell into the yard of a home in Helena.
  • Power lines down at Hickory Point ln in Helena.
  • Tree down at Middle Street and Morgan Street in Montevallo.
  • Tree down on Valleydale Road and Inverness ln.

St Clair County

  • Tree falls on Summit Park Road in Odenville.
  • A few reports of trees and power lines down in Pell City.

Tuscaloosa County

  • Several trees were downed across the county, including near Fosters., Vance, Gorgas Road at Northside Road, Boyd Road near Echola and Highway 69 near Rosser Road.

Walker County

  • Report of fallen trees in Manchester.

Winston County

  • The shed has been moved and part of a pole barn is missing.

Statewide, tornado damage was also reported in Baldwin, Lamar, Limestone and Mobile counties. Significant damage is reported in the city of Athens, including to the county courthouse.
