In perhaps the strangest twist of 2024, singer Shania Twain continues to make headlines in the country music world.

That’s right — 59-year-old Shania Twain (59!!!) has been a topic of discussion for much of the last six months. No, it’s not because she’s released a new banger.

Maybe she did – I don’t know. I doubt it. But whatever, that’s not why people talk.

Rather, it’s because Shania, 59, appears to have changed up her look – and her dress code – this year.

I do not believe that. This was the height of Shania Twain, for those who weren’t alive in the ’90s. And I’m so sorry for you, by the way. This was the golden age of country music, at least for the 31-year-old.

Shania Twain releases one banger after another every week. Garth Brooks before he became scary. Alan Jackson. Toby Keith. An up and coming Kenny Chesney. Gretchen Wilson.

What a time to be alive. The best.

Anyway, 25 years later, Shania is BACK – and the internet is worried. Country fans don’t really know what to make of this new Shania Twain.

Midlife crisis? Or has she just stopped caring at all and decided to thumb her nose at the internet haters and do whatever the hell she wants?

Either way, I’m here for it. Shania is a land queen and is treated as such in these rooms.
