Travis Hunter had a memorable junior season with the Colorado Buffaloes and his name will likely be heard at the start of the NFL Draft next April.

And while the recent Heisman Trophy winner is relishing the accolades for his outstanding play on both sides of the ball, he’s also had to deal with some nonsense off the field as people comment on his relationship with his fiancée Leanna Lenee.

Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders stands behind Hunter and sent a message Sunday night to all the celebrities and athletes who have spoken out about Hunter’s personal life.

“All athletes, entertainers, artists, etc., if you are seriously trying to call Trav, then you all know how to get in touch with him or someone close,” Sanders tweeted. “At this point you’re all just posting for the algorithm and trying to look cool.”

Hunter, who apparently deleted his Instagram account over the weekend, and the Buffaloes will close out the season this Saturday with a game against BYU in the Alamo Bowl.
