“SI” Swim model Olivia Ponton reported the robbery at Joe Burrow’s home

Influencer and model Olivia Ponton was the one who alerted police after Cincinnati Bengals star Joe Burrow’s home was broken into on Monday evening, December 9th.

According to a police report obtained by PEOPLE, Ponton, 22, reported the burglary at the Anderson Township residence around 8:14 p.m., telling authorities that when she arrived she noticed a “shattered bedroom window and the room ransacked.”

Ponton, who has nearly 3 million followers on Instagram and 7.6 million on TikTok, called her mother, “initiating the 911 call,” the report continued.

When officers arrived at the property, they cleared the house and detectives took photos and evidence of the crime scene.

Police note that Burrow, 28, was “out of town” and could not report what items were taken. Ponton, described in the police report as an employee of Burrow, provided a list of what “may have been missing.”

Authorities are also checking with neighbors to see if surveillance footage has captured any potential suspects. CIS is investigating, the report says.

TMZ was the first to report it.

In a police recording obtained by the news outlet, Ponton’s mother, Diane, tells a dispatcher that her daughter is “wondering what to do, whether to hide or go outside.”

In a separate call, Ponton was heard saying: “Someone broke into my house…It’s a complete mess.”

PEOPLE reached out to Ponton and Burrow representatives.

The break-in is the latest in a series of similar incidents apparently involving famous athletes. Last month, the homes of Kansas City Chiefs players Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes were broken into within two days of each other.

In September, Minnesota Timberwolves star Mike Conley’s home in Medina, Minnesota was broken into. The Minnesota Star Tribune reported at the time.

The NFL recently sent a memo to its players’ union and team security directors warning of break-ins at the homes of professional athletes.
