According to a report from Front Office Sports, Skip Bayless has been accused of sexual harassment.

The report accuses Bayless of offering a former Fox Sports colleague $1.5 million to have sex with him.

Noushin Faraji, who says she worked for the station for 13 years, is seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial. The hairdresser claims that after she began working on Undisputed, Bayless began giving “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while placing his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.”

The report cited that Faraji repeatedly told Bayless she wasn’t interested in him and wasn’t “dating at work.” Additionally, she said she told Bayless that she had ovarian cancer to stop his advances.

However, according to the report, Bayless became more aggressive and offered $1.5 million to have sex with him and “change” her life.

Depending on the suit:

“Mr. Bayless made another attack on Ms. Faraji. Ms. Faraji replied: “Skip, stop, you have one wife.” Mr. Bayless replied: “Aren’t you a Muslim? Doesn’t your father have three to four wives? “

“MS. Faraji replied that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked surprised, she excused herself to leave.”

Fox Sports released the following statement to Front Office Sports:

“We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given the pending litigation.”
