Fox Sports Executive Vice President Charlie Dixon, former FS1 host Skip Bayless and current FS1 host Joy Taylor have all been named in a workplace misconduct lawsuit filed by a former Fox Sports hairstylist, Noushin Faraji . The lawsuit was first reported by AJ Perez and Michael McCarthy of Front Office Sports.

Faraji alleges a work environment rife with misconduct, including incidents of a sexual nature.

Of the allegations, Faraji addresses years of sexual harassment from previous people Undisputed Host Skip Bayless, who at one point proposed sex to her by offering her $1.5 million. Faraji also claims that Bayless gave “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while placing his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.” Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that Bayless accused Faraji of having sexual relations with his former co-host, Shannon Sharpe.

Such unwanted advances from Bayless went to the extent that Faraji told the FS1 host that she was suffering from ovarian cancer to prevent further incidents.

Faraji also claims that Fox Sports CEO Charlie Dixon once “grabbed her buttocks” during a birthday party they both attended. When she later described the encounter to Joy Taylor, Speak The host allegedly told her to “get over it.”

Some of Faraji’s allegations suggest that she was discriminated against because of her Muslim faith. During an incident described in the lawsuit, Faraji claims she complied with one of Bayless’ advances by saying, “Stop it, you have a wife.” Bayless then responded, “Aren’t you a Muslim?” Doesn’t your father have three or four wives?”

In another incident, Taylor allegedly made comments about Faraji’s Persian heritage. According to the lawsuit, Taylor “insulted Ms. Faraji on a personal and professional level” and made fun of Faraji’s “English” pronunciation.

The lawsuit alleges that these problems persisted despite multiple complaints to the company’s human resources department during her more than a decade at Fox.

“MS. Faraji brings this lawsuit because for over a decade at Fox she was forced to endure a misogynistic, racist and anti-disability workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity,” the lawsuit states. ” When Ms. Faraji and others came forward to report the misconduct, Fox did not respond to their concerns but retaliated against them, while the perpetrators and those who protected them inexplicably retaliated “This case represents another in a long line of cases chronicling the toxic culture at Fox, characterized by malicious promises and repeated failures to address a toxic and entrenched patriarchy.”

According to Front Office Sports’ report, Mark Silverman, president and COO of Fox Sports, and Eric Shanks, executive producer and CEO of Fox Sports, were not named in the lawsuit but could potentially face legal action based on findings during the discovery process.

Fox recently retooled its studio lineup after Bayless’ old show was canceled Undisputed and replaced it with Breakfast ball And The facility in the morning hours. Taylor still hosts her show Speak on weekday evenings at 5:00 p.m. ET. Faraji clears FS1’s Colin Cowherd of any wrongdoing, saying, “Throughout her tenure at Fox, Mr. Cowherd was professional and respectful of Ms. Faraji and her colleagues.”

In response to a request from Front Office Sports, Fox Sports released the following statement: “We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given the pending litigation.” Faraji’s attorneys had no comment to Front Office Sports.
