The lawsuit alleges that Bayless began getting close to Faraji after she began working on his popular morning show “Undisputed,” which he co-hosted with Shannon Sharpe.

In the lawsuit, she claims he “persistently hugged her and kissed her on the cheek while placing his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.”

In response, she claimed she told him she wasn’t interested and “not a date at work,” and even informed him she had ovarian cancer to stop his advances.

According to the lawsuit, Bayless “became more aggressive over the years” and later accused Faraji of having sex with his co-host Sharpe.

The lawsuit states: “Approximately a week later, Mr. Bayless made another attack on Ms. Faraji.” Ms. Faraji responded, “Skip, stop, you have a wife.” Mr. Bayless responded, “Aren’t you a Muslim? Doesn’t your father have three or four wives?”

‘MS. Faraji replied that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked surprised, she excused herself to leave.

The couple repeatedly clashed on the show, which eventually led to the end of their relationship and prompted Sharpe to take on new challenges.

Since his own exit from Fox Sports in August, Bayless has launched a self-titled podcast that airs on YouTube as well as Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

On X, he regularly shares his strong sports opinions with his 3.2 million followers. He has not yet commented on the allegations made against him in the lawsuit.
