Even Eloise understands: it’s an Alaïa!

Sofia Richie offered some fashion advice that amused her 7-month-old daughter Eloise: an expensive pair of shoes.

The 26-year-old model posted a photo to her Instagram Story on Thursday of her little girl playing with her studded white Alaïa ballet flats, which retail for $1,290.

“Wear shoes your child enjoys ✅,” she captioned the post.

The chic footwear is decorated with brass rivets and is made of lambskin with a rubber sole.

Eloise was seen reaching for the shiny details with her tiny fingers as Richie and her husband Elliot Grainge sat on a balcony overlooking a beautiful beach.

And the little babe could be following in her mother’s fashion footsteps as Richie launched her first baby clothing collection in collaboration with Amazon earlier this month – inspired by Eloise, of course.

The fashion designer and music producer welcomed Eloise, their first child together, in May.

“Eloise Samantha Grainge 🤍5•20•24 best day of my life🤍,” Richie wrote on Instagram at the time, alongside a black-and-white photo of the newborn’s feet.

Lionel Richie’s daughter initially kept her pregnancy news private to “protect her mental health and space,” she told Vogue in January as she showed off her growing baby bump.

“Pregnancy is really scary,” she admitted at the time. “I didn’t realize you had to reach so many milestones and take so many tests. For me it was really important to protect our mental health and space as a couple.”

Sofia and the record executive married in April 2023 at an opulent wedding in France, whose guests included Paris Hilton, Cameron Diaz and other A-list celebrities.

Grainge popped the question in April 2023 with a huge emerald-cut diamond ring, nearly two years after they went public with their relationship.

Earlier this month, Sofia’s best friend Jake Shane opened up about how the new mom is coping with parenthood.

“She’s just so in love with her daughter and she’s such an amazing mom,” the TikTok star told Page Six exclusively at the time.

The content creator added that Eloise is “just perfect” and Sofia has managed to gracefully balance her social life and career with motherhood.

“She’s one of a kind,” Shane gushed about his close friend.
