UTICA, NY – Sofronio Vasquez of Utica has emerged as the winner of this season of “The Voice.”

This was the moment everyone in the Mohawk Valley was waiting for.

Our local talent, Sofronio Vasquez, secured the top spot in the singing competition that was broadcast live on Tuesday evening.

Utica’s Sofronio Vasquez won this season of “The Voice.”



Many in the community rallied behind Vasquez as he approached the winner’s chair at each appearance.
