Steph Curry’s injury status for Warriors vs. 76ers

Steph Curry’s injury status for Warriors vs. 76ers

The Golden State Warriors desperately need a win. After starting the season 12-3, the team is now 16-16 and on the verge of becoming a losing team.

Tonight the Warriors face an equally desperate Philadelphia 76ers team. After an incredibly frustrating loss to the Sacramento Kings last night, the Warriors have a chance against the 76ers while playing for the second night in a row.

Unfortunately, the Warriors may have to play tonight’s game without Steph Curry.

The Golden State Warriors have listed Steph Curry as questionable due to a sprained right thumb against the Philadelphia 76ers.

The thumb sprain is new for Curry as he has played in the last two games for the Warriors. On December 27, he missed a game against the Clippers.

In 26 games this season, Curry averaged 22.0 points, 6.4 assists and 4.7 rebounds on 44/40/92 shooting from the field. Offensively, Curry is just a small step slower than his career average, but he’s somehow right around average when it comes to his rebound and assist totals. Regardless, he is still the Warriors’ most important player.
