The teaser trailer for the 2025 Superman film was released on Thursday morning.

The two-minute, 19-second promo shows the caped Kryptonian crashing to Earth – albeit as an adult – and receiving help from his canine companion Krypto. Viewers get footage of nemesis Lex Luther and other DC superheroes including Hawkgirl, Mister Terrific and Green Lantern Guy Gardner, played by Nathan Fillion.

James Gunn (“Guardians of the Galaxy,” “The Suicide Squad”) is the writer and director of the reboot of the Superman film series, produced by DC Studios and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
