In a brief but memorable moment in the trailer, Fillion makes a brief but memorable appearance as an Earth-based Green Lantern. Fillion’s Guy sports his iconic hairstyle and uses his Green Lantern ring in a quick action shot, staying true to the depiction in the comic.

Reddit was abuzz with discussion about various characters featured in the trailer, aside from Superman and Guy Gardner, who nabbed a lead role. One Redditor wrote: “At least I’m glad DC is putting some faith in Green Lantern again.” A second user wrote: “He looks like a huge idiot. I love it.” A third user wrote: “Imo looks great!
