Syracuse football faces Washington State in the Holiday Bowl

Syracuse football looks to finish the season with ten wins for the first time since 2018 and third time since 2001 when they face Washington State in the Holiday Bowl.

In Fran Brown’s first year as Syracuse’s head coach, the team posted a 9-3 regular season record. Expect to see Kyle McCord at quarterback for the Orange.

The Washington State Cougars have endured a number of turnovers. In the last few weeks alone, they lost their former head coach, several assistant coaches and over 20 of their players, including their former quarterback John Mateer, who decided to transfer from the program.

Syracuse is the favorite by 18.5 points.
