The city Planning Commission approved plans for the project last week. The plans do not say how high the rents for the apartments will be.

CNY House Explosion Timeline, National Grid Delay Details: After a car accident in Madison County last year, the utility company failed to shut off gas and electricity for four hours, according to an order from the state Public Service Commission. The Commission and National Grid agreed to a $1 million settlement in this case.
