Target is featuring the sexy Santa Claus in new ads and the internet is lustful

The North Pole is turning up the heat this Christmas!

Target recently launched an attractive new version of Santa Claus in a series of holiday commercials, portraying the infamous jolly man as a reserved employee at the popular department store.

The role of Kris K. is played by model and actor Brent Bailey, who previously starred in the Amazon film Your idea and episodes of the Lincoln Lawyer And The Morning Show.

The first commercial, “Born to Be Kris,” shows the title character leaving her seasonally decorated home to drive to a Target location in a red truck. Once he arrives, he gets out of the car and adjusts the Target name tag on his red knit sweater as he approaches the building.

The figure has Santa’s signature gray hair and beard, but has an overall more youthful appearance.

“Meet Kris, our newest Target team member,” the store wrote in the caption. “He loves the holidays as much as the next guy. Actually, a lot more than the next guy. Actually, much more than anyone we know. Actually, more than anyone anyone knows. But hey, that’s not important. What is, is this. “Shiny red Bronco and perfectly groomed beard.”

The store continued to tease the character’s identity, writing, “So does his last name rhyme with Jingle, you ask?” this season.”

The next commercial, “He’s Hot, But These Target Turkey Deals Are Hotter,” addresses the elephant in the room. In it, Kris convinces a shopper to take advantage of the store’s turkey deals. After a woman shopping expresses her disbelief at the poultry’s affordable price, Kris jokes, “Let me know, guess what, don’t you believe in Santa Claus either?”

When she reacts confused, he touches the large freezer container of turkey and uses magic to make it colder. “These turkey deals are the real deal,” says the Star employee.

Then the woman on the phone says to her friend: “Sarah, did you hear that? It was Santa Claus and he’s kind of incredibly hot.”

The third ad, “Kris from Target,” gives the silver fox a chance to show off his muscles. It begins with Kris and two of his coworkers walking through a Target store, but he’s doing bicep curls with a lighted Christmas tree.

When his colleague questions his movements, he says, “They call them porcini curls, Molly,” before briefly mentioning that he has the responsibility of delivering toys. As he’s about to reveal his true identity, he quickly interrupts himself and says he has to bring toys to people all over the store.

He then distracts the two of them by asking them to take a photo of him with the tree before saying to one of them: “Do you want to hit the spruce tree?”

Viewers on social media are raving about the handsome Santa Claus. One person wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “Target has the hottest Santa I’ve ever seen in these commercials.”

Another shared: “Attracting Target Santa wasn’t on my 2024 bingo card.”

One fan even joked, “No wonder the kid caught mommy kissing Santa.”

Bailey shared a screenshot of his character looking off into the distance with a grin on his bearded face from the first commercial on Instagram and encouraged his followers to come up with a creative caption.

“Papa Claus,” wrote one.

“This year Santa is ringing the SLAY bells,” commented another.

In an interview with Adweek, Lisa Roath, Target’s EVP and chief marketing officer, described her take on the infamous character as “joyful, helpful, optimistic – qualities that embody the brand.”

She added: “He has this funny side and is incredibly handsome. It represents our incredible team members who are heroes during the holidays and beyond.”

The campaign started on November 17th and will include a total of nine commercials per store.
