Texas A&M Fan Field Goal Practice: McAfee Challenge for the College GameDay Audience

We’ve seen some pretty impressive kicks from soccer fans on ESPN this season College game day.

Saturday wasn’t one of them.

While MatchdayIt was Pat McAfee’s second trip to College Station this season for the first Texas-Texas A&M game in 13 years. Pat McAfee offered $250,000 if a student could make a 33-yard field goal.

An Aggies fan named Payne Barksdale — an Air Force Academy graduate — got a great lesson in kick execution from Dude Perfect, who fired one through the uprights moments earlier. But it seems he wasn’t the most visual learner.

Payne rallied for the kick and…immediately drilled the fans to his left.

Thank God for those hard hats.
