The previous two Sonic the Hedgehog Films are widely considered to be some of the best video game adaptations of recent years. If the third installment needed something special to make it notable, then it definitely got it when it was revealed that the film’s antagonist, Shadow the Hedgehog, would be voiced by the internet’s favorite friend, Keanu Reeves. He recently appeared at the Sonic3 premiere, and both he and his partner Alexandra Grant really stole the show.

Last Monday evening, Keanu Reeves attended the premiere of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and walked on a unique carpet. The walkway was not the traditional red, but a bright blue to better match the iconic hedgehog. All of the film’s stars looked incredible, as expected, but Reeves may have outshined them all, especially since he was standing side by side with his longtime partner. Check out the photo below:

Red carpets are one of the few places we see Reeves and Grant together. While the Bill & Ted Despite being one of Hollywood’s biggest stars, the icon has largely kept his personal life, including his relationship with Grant, out of the public eye. The two have been together since 2019, but neither of them has said too much about their relationship publicly. Grant has spoken about having to get used to her own celebrity since she started dating the star John Wick And The Matrix.

When Keanu Reeves talks about his relationship, he does so very happily. The two clearly love just being together, even if that means sitting on a bright blue carpet in front of the camera at a movie premiere.

Most of the rest of the cast of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 was present at the premiere event. Jim Carrey, who plays two Robtniks this time, was there along with Ben Schwartz, who voices Sonic. James Marsden, who plays one of the main human characters, was also in attendance, along with Krysten Ritter, who is also joining the franchise with the new film. One member of the cast who was conspicuously absent was the voice of Knuckles, Idris Elba.

Hopes are certainly high Sonic3as the final film in the series set several box office records for video game-based films, some of which had previously been set by the first film Sonic the Hedgehog Film. If the third film manages to outdo its predecessor to the same extent, it could be a pretty big Christmas hit.

Of course the new thing sound The film will have significant competition in the form of Disney’s Mufasa: The Lion Kinganother film aimed at a family audience during the holiday season and is scheduled to be released in theaters on the same day. Naturally, Mufasa Keanu Reeves doesn’t have it, and that alone might be enough to attract a lot of viewers.
