The Cowboys’ 99-yard TD hero challenges Tyreek Hill to become the “Fastest on the Planet.”

Some people’s ego functions on a completely different level. It gets hurt faster than lightning, and when that happens, they’ll do whatever it takes to fix it. Remember when Noah Lyles, the sprint gold medalist at the 2024 Olympics, denounced leagues like the NBA and NFL? Miami Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill was so offended that he challenged the fastest man in the world to compete against him. And was so sure he could beat him. Classic ego move! Tyreek is certainly one of the fastest in the NFL, but he should have just slowed down a bit here.

Now there’s someone else getting on Hill’s nerves. And this time it’s someone from his sport, Cowboys WR KaVontae Turpin. The Cowboys had everyone talking after their recent win against the Commanders. Every time you bet against them, they make you lose. Turpin was the decisive factor in the Cowboys’ 34:26 victory. The Louisiana native ran 99 yards for a kickoff return touchdown that left everyone with their jaws on the ground. And what does Turpin think about it? Well, he said, “I’ve always said that I’ve always been the fastest person on the planet. That’s how I feel.” It looks like Tyreek has another competitor to go up against.

Turpin reached a top speed of 21.35 mph on his 99-yard touchdown return. After the win, the Cowboys WR said that people thought he was just babbling when he said he was the fastest man in the NFL. I guess we all owe him an apology for underestimating him.

Former Kansas City star Tyreek Hill held the title of fastest player in the NFL for a time. That’s why he didn’t hesitate to say that he would beat Noah Lyles, the six-time world sprint champion. But you know, even the greatest kings have to leave the throne when the time comes. It looks like KaVontae Turpin is more than ready to take the throne of “Fastest in the NFL.” Tyreek Hill may not be happy about it, but he must be relieved after the recent dismissal of charges against him.

Good news for Tyreek Hill

When Tyreek Hill says he’s the fastest man, he means it. He ensures that he is the fastest both on and off the field. But that didn’t sit well with him a few months ago when he was driving too fast in his luxury car. Back in September, the Dolphins played against the Jaguars at their home stadium, Hard Rock Stadium. Hill was driving to the stadium for the game when police pulled him over for a traffic stop and removed him from his car. The Dolphins WR was eventually handcuffed and charged with speeding and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Shortly afterward, police bodycam video of the incident went viral. In the video, police can be seen handcuffing him after pushing him to the ground. The whole thing caused division on the internet. Even though Hill played against the Jaguars that night and led the Dolphins to a 20-17 win, he still received a lot of backlash from netizens. The Dolphins WR was required to appear in court today regarding this matter.

As a result, the officers who caught him did not appear in court today. This resulted in the charges against him being dropped. That must be a relief for him. The Dolphins star now has all the time to concentrate on the upcoming game against the Packers.
