One lucky winner could win the Mega Millions jackpot, worth over $800 million, before today’s drawing at 11 p.m. ET. The jackpot rose to $862 million on Friday – a result of no one winning the top prize after Tuesday night’s drawing.

If a single person wins, this jackpot would be the seventh largest in the game’s history and the largest prize ever won in December.

That number could include all 535 members of the U.S. Congress, all 712 active players in the National Hockey League, and 190 of the person’s closest friends and family members combined.
