The Titans replace Will Levis for Mason Rudolph after the fourth turnover, pick-six against the Bengals

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis was brought on as a substitute in the second half against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday Bricklayer Rudolph.

Levis was ejected from the game after his fourth turnover of the game, which ended up being a pick-six to Bengals safety Geno Stone. It extended Cincinnati’s lead to 31-14 and was Levis’ third interception of the game.

Levis finished the game completing 8 of 12 passes for 89 yards. Three of his four incompletions were interceptions and his other turnovers were a fumble in the second quarter.

Interceptions have been a thing for Levis since his time Kentucky. Entering the game, he had 12 touchdowns compared to nine interceptions. He will leave Week 15 with a touchdown-to-interception ratio of 12-12 after failing to turn the football through the air the past two weeks.

Rudolph started three games for the Titans this season. He primarily appeared for Levis in October when Levis was dealing with a right shoulder injury. He has 806 passing yards, four touchdowns and four interceptions on the season heading into the Week 15 matchup.

This is Rudolph’s first season in Tennessee after spending the first four years of his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers. His best season was his rookie year in 2019, where he played in 10 games for the Steelers that season, rushing for 1,765 yards, 13 touchdowns and nine interceptions.

It remains to be seen whether the Tennessee Titans will opt to keep Rudolph for the remainder of the 2024-25 season, but a loss would drop the Titans to 3-11 on the season and have three games left in the regular season.

Next up for Tennessee is a road game against the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium in Week 16. The opening kickoff between the AFC South rivals is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. ET live on CBS.
