8:02 p.m – Tonight each artist will perform twice – once alone with a song of their choice and once as a pair with a classic Sting Track where he played bass at all performances. Based on tonight’s performances, the top five artists, regardless of team, will advance to next week’s finals.

8:04 p.m – Christina from Team Snoop started with a solo performance with “Man! “I Feel Like a Woman” by Shania Twain. Reba told her that she “had a blast” because it was so much fun. Christina’s trainer said it was a “superstar performance” and called her a “reborn Reba” because of the “showwoman” she displayed.

8:13 p.m – Team Gwen opened the evening with Jan’s interpretation of the Journey megahit “Open Arms”. Michael praised the song choice because he managed to make it his own and complete all the runs. Gwen was impressed by how “calm and calm” he was, hitting every note perfectly.

8:24 p.m – Jeremy and Sofronio performed the first duet on “Every Breath You Take.”

8:33 p.m – Reba brought her “One Chair Wonder” Adam on stage for his version of “What’s Going On” by Marvin Gaye. Gwen found it “so natural for” Adam and sees him as a relaxed and easy-going performer. Snoop told him that he was “deeply impressed” that he was able to make a Marvin song his own. Reba praised him for his fun and “infectious happiness.”

8:45 p.m – The next Sting duet was with Christina and Danny on “If You Love Somebody Set Them Free.”

8:53 p.m – Sydney rounded out Team Gwen’s performances with her version of “When the Party’s Over” by Billie Eilish. Snoop was almost speechless after her performance and shed “a tear” again. Michael thinks it’s “so crazy” that at the age of 16 she can not only sing such a hard song, but also “overwhelm” it. Gwen agreed that it was impressive for her to be so composed on stage at her age and said it was special that she “makes us all feel something.”

9:04 p.m – Team Buble’s Shye chose Brandi Carlile’s “The Joke” for her solo performance. Gwen told her that she understands the type of artist she is and that she can recognize what types of songs she will have on her own record. Reba added that her voice was “pure and clear” and that she was “hypnotized” by Shye. Michael named her alongside Celine, Adele and Barbra when he called her “the real deal.”

9:16 p.m – Adam and Jan teamed up for their Sting duet on The Police track “Roxanne.”

9:25 p.m – For his top eight performance, Team Snoop’s Jeremy chose to sing “I (Who Have Nothing)” by Tom Jones. Gwen called Jeremy “rare” because he was “too good to sing songs.” She said that this song was the type of music he should put on a record. Snoop addressed the audience directly and said that they needed to “stop playing” and vote for Jeremy to make it to the finals.

9:36 p.m – The final duet of the night featured Shye and Sydney performing “Fields of Gold” together.

9:42 p.m – For his Top 8 performance, Danny from Team Reba chose “I Was Wrong” by Chris Stapletone. Gwen called Danny “very cool” for “the whole thing” with his style on stage. Reba liked the changes Danny made that were different from the rehearsal, and overall he was thrilled with his performance.
