Tim Tebow and his wife Demi-Leigh announce their pregnancy with their first child

Tim Tebow and his wife Demi-Leigh Tebow announced Tuesday that they are expecting their first child.

The Tebows shared a video on social media announcing their child. Demi-Leigh was dressed in white as Tim showed off the ultrasound pictures of their upcoming child. The couple was extremely happy in the clip and appeared ready to begin the next chapter of their lives.

“We’re just so excited and overjoyed to have a baby together,” Demi-Leigh told People magazine in an interview published Tuesday.

“I’m so grateful because I just couldn’t imagine a better life partner to live life with first and foremost,” she added. “Being able to raise a little tiny human together. “I’m so grateful that Tim is my husband…that we get to raise our kids together.”

She told People that she was 16 weeks pregnant.

The pair added that it was “surreal” to think about becoming parents. They all spoke enthusiastically about each other as they talked about why their partner would make great parents.

Tim pointed out Demi-Leigh’s wildness.

“She will be extremely loyal and loving. Demi is someone who is extremely determined,” he said. “When she sets her mind to something, she goes all in – and I know she will do the same as a mother.”

Demi-Leigh called her husband “extremely kind” and “one of the most considerate people.”

“I just think he’s one of the wisest people I’ve ever met – and I know that’s a bold statement, but I really believe it. Just the way he approaches it every day,” she said.
