The year 2025 is less than a day away and Times Square is ready for its New Year’s Eve celebrations.

Rapper Pitbull unveiled the New Year’s Eve Ball for 2025 on Friday, helping to lay the final tiles in the giant sphere.

This year’s New Year’s Eve ball, which Times Square says symbolizes “unity and enduring love,” is a geodesic sphere 12 feet in diameter and weighing 11,875 pounds. The sphere is covered with 2,688 glass plates and is 12 feet in diameter.

Several networks will host their own bashes, including CBS, which will have a country twist to celebrate. Here’s what to expect and how to see it.

Here’s how to watch and stream CBS’ New Year’s Eve special

CBS’ “Nashville’s Big Bash” is hosted by country artist Keith Urban and Miss USA 2007 Rachel Smith. The show, scheduled to air live on Tuesday, December 31, begins at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT and runs until 10:00 p.m. before taking a half-hour break and returning at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT is recorded and runs until 1:30 p.m. The show airs on the CBS Television Network and is also available to stream on Paramount+.
