While the Celtics are in slump, the Raptors are carrying a 10-game losing streak to Tuesday’s matinee in Boston.

Among Eastern Conference teams, only Washington has a worse record than Toronto, which is 1-14 in road games this season. The Raptors committed a season-high 31 turnovers in Sunday’s 136-107 loss to Atlanta.

Injuries have played a role in Toronto’s losing streak, but the Raptors are nearing full strength. Center Jakob Poeltl returned to action Sunday after missing four games with a groin strain, and Dorchester native Bruce Brown made his season debut after arthroscopic surgery last summer.

Rookie guards Jamal Shead and Ja’Kobe Walter also returned after being sidelined with injuries, but Immanuel Quickley is still fighting back from an elbow injury and hasn’t played since early November.

Toronto is looking for its first win since a 122-111 home win over Indiana on Dec. 3.

Boston, on the other hand, cannot find its defensive edge and has lost four of its last six games. The Celtics have been without Jrue Holiday (shoulder) for three games and Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) has been sidelined for two straight games. The holiday is available and Porzingis is out for Tuesday’s game.
