Timothée Chalamet is not just an expert in acting.

“Look, these teams are two-and-two in the last four meetings,” Chalamet said. “The RedHawks defense looks good, but I’m looking at the Bobcats fourth-year quarterback Parker Navarro.”

“65% completion rate. If he can get going, he’ll swing things in the Bobcats’ favor,” he added. “I’m going against the underdog Bobcats here.”

The bold decision prompted broadcaster Pat McAfee to give the actor a pat on the back and even a handshake. “Yes. I like that,” McAfee replied.

Chalamet’s MAC prediction was spot on as the Bobcats won in a landslide over the RedHawks with a final score of 38-3, increasing their season record to 10-3 Sports Illustrated. The actor was right that Bobcats quarterback Navarro made the difference by scoring four touchdowns during the game.
