‘Trade Confirmed’ – Fans hint at ‘tampering’ as LeBron James and Steph Curry meet before game on Christmas Day

LeBron James and Steph Curry teamed up early on ahead of their Christmas showdown on Wednesday at the Case Center. While Curry was warming up in the shoot-around and hitting a few 3s, LeBron ran out of the tunnel and immediately ran to block one of Curry’s attempts.

The two had a warm and brief exchange, wishing each other well for the big showdown, their first Christmas meeting since 2018. LeBron and Curry made sure to give fans a second thought about trade talks about the Lakers star’s possible move to Golden State Reviewed.

The first rumors emerged at the trade deadline in February of this year when the Warriors inquired. Those conversations erupted again as the Lakers and Warriors’ records were inconsistent through nearly 30 games of the season.

Here’s what a fan wrote after LeBron James and Steph Curry’s warm embrace went viral on Instagram:

“Trade confirmed..”

“Bron and Bronny are going to the Warriors, I’m going with them,” wrote another.

One fan opined that every player would have to risk manipulating charges to make a trade possible.

“If they want to be teammates, one of them has to take the risk”

“Okay Lakers, just trade LeBron to the Warriors already,” said another.

“Give them two seasons together,” one fan said.

“Bron is definitely coming to the Warriors,” another added.
