Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter was praised for his discipline on and off the field. His fiancée, Leanna Lenee, just came forward with a surprising detail from Hunter’s personal life that shows just how far he would go to maintain his commitment to sobriety.

Notably, Lenee has also been letting go of her reserve lately, revealing that in the early days of their relationship, Hunter would always accompany her to parties and sit patiently outside when she wanted to stay so she wouldn’t feel so trapped.

“He doesn’t drink,” Lenee shared. “And I’m Hispanic, so I have tequila in my veins. So I drink – I don’t drink much, but I drink – and I partied and stuff. He literally drove me, sat outside for hours while I partied inside, and then took us home.”

Lenee highlighted Hunter’s supportive nature and emphasized that he never forced his personal choices on her friends. “He never tried to say, ‘Oh, just because I don’t drink, you can’t drink or you can’t hang out with your friends,'” she added.
