Kayla Nicole still working on their breakup Travis Kelce.

Over a year after the Kansas City Chiefs player and Taylor Swift As she went public with her romance, the model opened up about how she’s still reeling from her and Travis’ 2022 split.

“I’m going through a public breakup,” Kayla explained in a preview for Special forces She was released on November 27 with tears streaming down her face: “It was overwhelming.”

This isn’t the first time Kayla has expressed how difficult it was for her ex to move on with the “Karma” singer, given her fan base’s level of devotion.

“I would be lying if I said that this level of hate and the sheer chaos online doesn’t affect me,” Kayla admitted in an October episode Unapologetic angel Podcast. “You could go to my latest post and there will be people discussing why I’m worthless and why I’ll never be a talented person.”

But even though Kayla feels overwhelmed at times by the hateful comments, she understands that the online criticism has nothing to do with her as a person.

“I think there’s something about that level of fame that attracts crazy people,” Kayla posited of her ex’s meteoric rise to stardom. “And it’s unfortunate because I’ve never done anything that would warrant that kind of backlash.”

Kayla had to bear the brunt as Travis catapulted into the spotlight during his romance with Taylor – which even went so far as to cause him to failAllow his teammate Patrick Mahomes And Brittany Mahomes to “protect” herself – but she’s not the only one who has detailed the challenges.

Actually, Travis’ family, including his parents Donna Kelce And Ed Kelceas well as his brother Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie Kelcehave all shared their perspective on stepping into the spotlight.

Meanwhile, Travis claims he’s completely fine.

“It is the life I choosee,” he told CBS Morning in September. “I enjoy it. It comes with the territory.”
