Things will remain calm across the tropics on Thanksgiving Day as a series of cold fronts move across Florida and thunderstorms are possible today.

No tropical cyclone activity is expected for the next seven days and the Atlantic hurricane season officially ends Saturday.

Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible today in the Panhandle and Big Bend along the I-10 corridor.

The coldest temperatures of the season are expected to arrive late this weekend and early next week, with the first frost likely for the Panhandle and Big Bend on Sunday evening, according to the Florida Division of Emergency Management.

The feel-good temperature in North Florida could drop into the 20s and 30s on Sunday and Monday morning.
