“Vanderpump Rules” is getting a fresh start.

The Bravo reality series will return for Season 12 with Lisa Vanderpump and a new cast, the network announced Nov. 26.

The upcoming season will feature a new group of restaurant workers whose lives will be “as intricately intertwined as their legendary predecessors,” according to a press release.

“Under the watchful eye of Lisa Vanderpump, West Hollywood capital SUR – and now TomTom – welcomes the next crop of waiters, hosts and bartenders full of drama, situations and animosity,” the press release reads.

Production on the new season begins next year. The premiere date and cast will be announced at a later date.

“The last 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary time full of laughter, tears and everything in between. I cannot thank those who shared their lives enough. How I love you all,” Lisa Vanderpump said in a statement.

She added: “In the catering industry, one layer always gives way to another. Cheers to the next generation of Vanderpump Rules.”

“VPR,” which debuted on Bravo in 2013 as a spinoff of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” originally followed the lives of Vanderpump and the employees of her restaurant SUR.

The cast began with Tom Sandoval, Kristen Doute, Jax Taylor, Stassi Schroeder, Scheana Shay and Katie Maloney and over the years added series regulars such as Ariana Madix, Tom Schwartz, Raquel Leviss, James Kennedy, Lala Kent and Brittany Cartwright.

Last year, “VPR” was at the center of the headline-grabbing pop culture scandal known as “Scandoval.” In March 2023, it was revealed that Sandoval had cheated on his long-time girlfriend Madix with their mutual friend Leviss.

The chaotic drama made its way to series, resulting in record-breaking ratings and earning “VPR” its first Emmy nomination.

“VPR” also inspired its own spinoff, “The Valley,” which premiered on Bravo earlier this year and stars former couple Cartwright and Taylor. Cartwright filed for divorce from Taylor in August.
