Victor Wembanyama’s four-point game went viral in the Hawks-Spurs game

On Thursday evening the San Antonio Spurs play in Texas against the Atlanta Hawks (at home).

During the game, Victor Wembanyama hit a hard shot that garnered a lot of views on social media.

About the NBA: “WEMBY 4 POINT GAME FROM DEEP”

Wembanyama had 22 points, two rebounds, three assists and two blocks in his first 14 minutes of play while shooting 5/8 from the field and 4/6 from three-point range.

Many fans reacted to the highlight.

@postjusquamort: “That’s such a weak whistle. They give Wemby all the decisions. They just gave him the follow-up on a basket that came a few seconds after a foul on the floor.”

@DaFuturMrKc: “The problem with playing in real time. Great, he did it, but after a break. Your 7+ soccer ball makes a 38 foot shot…lol”

@PrizePicks: “I can’t even come close to guarding that 😭”

@kyreediculous: “I have a love and hate relationship with him when he shoots 3s, but it makes him harder to guard.”

@TVGuy_JR: “Bro 7’7 and jumper from 35′ with 20 seconds on the clock

What happened to the game I occasionally watched?”

Wembanyma came into the game averaging 23.6 points, 10.3 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 1.1 steals and 3.5 blocks per game while shooting 47.3% from the field in 21 games 33.3% from three-point range.

The 2024 Rookie of the Year has an excellent chance of making it to the NBA All-Star Game.
