Overnight storms are dropping a fresh layer of snow on the remnants of Monday’s winter storm.

Forecasters expect the severe weather to be a larger storm that will bring measurable amounts of snow to the south.

Snow is expected to begin late Friday evening and continue into Saturday morning before tapering off around midday.

Most places in our region, including the Philadelphia area, will receive no more than an inch of snow.
