After wrapping up a record-breaking tour, Taylor Swift is moving on to her next milestone. Friday marks the singer’s 35th birthday and…no one really knows what she’s doing to celebrate. A source told Us weekly Earlier this month, she said that Swift would likely host a “quaint party with her closest friends” in New York – one of her and Travis Kelce’s favorite date cities. If true, that would be pretty similar to her 34th birthday, when she boxed with Blake Lively, Zoë Kravitz, Sabrina Carpenter, Gracie Abrams and Gigi Hadid. One small thing: The Kansas City Chiefs play an away game in Cleveland, Ohio on Sunday, which means Kelce probably won’t miss practice in the coming days. But regardless of whether the tight end is physically present at Swift’s celebration, “Page Six.” reports that he has plans to make her birthday “very special.”

“Travis has only let a few of those closest to him know what he plans to do with Taylor because he doesn’t want to blow any surprises,” a source told the tabloid. “(He) has been shopping for Christmas and birthday presents for Taylor for some time. (He’s) not the type of guy to leave these things until the last minute, so he’s been picking up items here and there over the last few months whenever he’s had the chance.”

Last year, Kelce also missed his girlfriend’s birthday due to the Chiefs’ schedule, but it sounds like dad Kelce is stepping in to pick up the slack. On Thursday’s episode Baskin & Phelps On the podcast, Trav’s father shared that he had been thinking about what to get Swift for the occasion. “Trying to buy Taylor a gift is like trying to buy Jason and Travis a gift. They don’t want anything they don’t already have,” he said. “But get something that will turn her heart around and you spent ten bucks on, and she’ll be pretty sticky. You have to find something that triggers the emotions.”
