The Rookie season 7 will premiere on January 7, 2025 on ABC. A day later, on January 8th, the episode will also be available to stream on Hulu.

The first episode of the seventh season of the popular drama series premieres Tuesday, January 7 at 10:00 p.m. ET on ABC. A few hours later, fans can stream it on Hulu, where it will premiere on January 8, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. PT.

Who will star in The Rookie Season 7?

The Rookie has officially confirmed all the new faces that will be joining The Rookie in Season 7, as well as those who will no longer be there.

Unfortunately, Tru Valentino, who plays Aaron Thorsen, has confirmed that he will not be returning for the upcoming season of The Rookie. Of course, this was quite a shock for fans as he had been one of the main characters of the series since season 4. However, as the series bids farewell to Thorsen, Season 7 promises some new exciting additions to the cast.

Actor Ivan Hernandez will guest star this season as Detective Graham. Details about his character remain under wraps, but showrunner Alexi Hawley did share some tidbits. In an interview for TV Line, she revealed: “He plays a detective on our network who becomes a personal obstacle for Wesley (played by Shawn Ashmore) – but in an entertaining way.” Hernandez is best known for his role as Franklyn in ” And Just Like That…” is known.

Another important addition to the cast is Deric Augustine, who will play Miles. According to Disney’s presentation at a recent press tour, the character is “one of the newest additions to the LAPD.” As a Texas transfer, Miles is a “newbie,” even though he has been with the force for two years.” (via Variety)

Finally, another new cast member for The Rookie season 7 is Patrick Keleher, who will play another new rookie named Seth. This role marks Keleher’s television debut, as the actor revealed on Instagram.
