The final episode of “Yellowstone” season 5, titled “Life Is a Promise,” airs on Sunday, December 15 and lasts one hour and 26 minutes.

Executive producer Christina Voros said in an interview with entertainment website Hollywood Reporter that she was surprised by the show’s ending, but said it was inevitable.

“Looking back, it all makes sense,” Voros said. “But if you look forward, you would never have seen it coming.”
