Spotify is already rolling out its special “Wrapped” feature, which offers users personalized analysis of their music listening habits over the past year.

Spotify has issued a statement urging users to ensure their app is updated to ensure they get the full Wrapped experience.

The music streaming service first released Spotify Wrapped in 2016. The stats provide music fans with the most listened to artists, albums, songs, podcasts and more to share with their friends.

The exact release date has not yet been confirmed, but in previous years it has been between November 30th and December 6th.

Here’s how to access your personalized Spotify package when it’s ready

If you want to take part in the viral hype, you have to be a Spotify subscriber. The feature will likely appear automatically when you open the app. However, if this isn’t the case, you can go to Spotify’s website or check out the “Home” section of the app. Spotify Wrapped should appear there.

There was previously some confusion as to whether music listened to beyond October was included in Wrapped’s data. In October 2023, Spotify confirmed on X that music listened to beyond October 31st actually counts.
