The Kansas City Chiefs continue their quest to continue playing every day except Sunday in the 2024 season, with their next game taking place on Saturday. The Houston Texans come to Arrowhead in what could ultimately be a playoff rematch.

The Chiefs are still chasing the number one seed in the postseason, while the Texans have already won their division and are now just fighting for a better ranking. If the season ended now, they would be the four seeds, and that would mean they would welcome whoever takes the first wildcard spot.

Oh, Chiefs fans, it’s finally here – Carl Cheffers is the head referee for a Chiefs game for the first time this season. Cheffers is best known for the game against the Raiders in 2022 when he called for a penalty and his voice broke as fans booed him. Chiefs fans don’t like Cheffers and think he’s always going against them, so keep an eye out for that.
