Utah update: Utah finds itself in the middle of the pack in the Central Division, continuing the progress the franchise made prior to its move to Arizona. The team has rattled off two straight wins, winning recent road games to Buffalo and Philadelphia. It has only suffered one regulation defeat in its last six games. Utah was actually better on the road, posting a 4-5-2 record in its first season at the Delta Center. LW Clayton Keller led Utah with 24 points (seven goals and 17 assists). Blaine native and former Gopher Nick Bjugstad scored four goals, including a hat trick, against the Wild last season.

Injuries: Wild D Jonas Brodin (upper body), C Joel Eriksson Ek (lower body) and RW Mats Zuccarello (lower body) are out. Utah D Sean Durzi (shoulder), G Connor Ingram (upper body), D Maverick Lamoureux (upper body) and D John Marino (back) are out.
